The Oliver compact major was only built in very small numbers by JSO and this one was kept for himself. It has been bench run only by JSO and never used in a model. It was sold at the Auction of John’s effects after his death. Tom Ridley later made a very small number to order only. It has smooth bearings and the benefit of an RC carb as well as stunt venturi and is like new.
