Cox 049 Babe Bee model engine

The Cox .049 Babe Bee model engine holds a special place in the world of model engines. In 1956, Cox developed the Babe Bee 049 engine, designed by William (Bill) Selzer. Unlike other Cox engines, the Babe Bee featured an extruded aluminum crankcase instead of a cast one.

This Super Cox Babe Bee 049 is in its original box with instructions and having a New Head fitted from our Cox spares. Circa 1959/60
